Where Hatch puts the model number

| Baby & Kids | Car seats have a label on the side or underside of the shell with the model number and date of manufacture. The expiration date is usually molded or printed nearby. |
| Health & Personal Care | Look on the back of the unit or inside the battery compartment. |
Getting the official Hatch manual
Hatch publishes product documentation on hatch.co. Search there with the full model number from the label, then look for a documents, manuals or downloads section on the product page.
If your model isn't listed, try removing the last few characters, which usually only indicate color or region. For discontinued models, look for an archive or legacy products section, or contact Hatch support directly.
