Product type	Where to look
Phones & Tablets	The model is in Settings under About. Some phones also print a model number on the SIM tray or back cover.
Car Electronics & EV Charging	Look on the back or underside of the unit. EV chargers have a rating plate on the side of the enclosure that lists model, voltage and amperage.
Smart Home & Security	Check the back of the device or under the mounting plate. For many brands the app shows the exact model under device settings, which is handy once it is mounted.

Getting the official Anker manual

Anker publishes product documentation on anker.com. Search there with the full model number from the label, then look for a documents, manuals or downloads section on the product page.

If your model isn't listed, try removing the last few characters, which usually only indicate color or region. For discontinued models, look for an archive or legacy products section, or contact Anker support directly.
