Where Nanit puts the model number
| Product type | Where to look |

| Baby & Kids | Car seats have a label on the side or underside of the shell with the model number and date of manufacture. The expiration date is usually molded or printed nearby. |
| Smart Home & Security | Check the back of the device or under the mounting plate. For many brands the app shows the exact model under device settings, which is handy once it is mounted. |
Getting the official Nanit manual
Nanit publishes product documentation on nanit.com. Search there with the full model number from the label, then look for a documents, manuals or downloads section on the product page.
If your model isn't listed, try removing the last few characters, which usually only indicate color or region. For discontinued models, look for an archive or legacy products section, or contact Nanit support directly.
