Where Withings puts the model number

| Health & Personal Care | Look on the back of the unit or inside the battery compartment. |
| Watches & Fitness Trackers | The model is in the watch settings under About or System. The back case also has fine print with the model code. |
Getting the official Withings manual
Withings publishes product documentation on withings.com. Search there with the full model number from the label, then look for a documents, manuals or downloads section on the product page.
If your model isn't listed, try removing the last few characters, which usually only indicate color or region. For discontinued models, look for an archive or legacy products section, or contact Withings support directly.
