04 Check you have the right manual
Thermostats show the model on the back of the faceplate or in the settings menu. Window units put the label on the side of the cabinet. Purifiers and dehumidifiers put it on the base or back.
Compare the model number on your product's label with the model list on the first pages of the PDF. Letters at the end often only mean color or region.
