Where Lively puts the model number

| Phones & Tablets | The model is in Settings under About. Some phones also print a model number on the SIM tray or back cover. |
| Health & Personal Care | Look on the back of the unit or inside the battery compartment. |
Getting the official Lively manual
Lively publishes product documentation on lively.com. Search there with the full model number from the label, then look for a documents, manuals or downloads section on the product page.
If your model isn't listed, try removing the last few characters, which usually only indicate color or region. For discontinued models, look for an archive or legacy products section, or contact Lively support directly.
