Where T-Mobile puts the model number
| Product type | Where to look |
|---|---|
| Routers & Networking | Flip the router over. The label on the bottom has the model, hardware version, default Wi-Fi name, and often the admin login address. |
| Phones & Tablets | The model is in Settings under About. Some phones also print a model number on the SIM tray or back cover. |
Getting the official T-Mobile manual
T-Mobile publishes product documentation on t-mobile.com. Search there with the full model number from the label, then look for a documents, manuals or downloads section on the product page.
If your model isn't listed, try removing the last few characters, which usually only indicate color or region. For discontinued models, look for an archive or legacy products section, or contact T-Mobile support directly.
